The challenge
Sullins is a single-product brand with tight margins, meaning every dollar of ad waste directly impacts profitability. Seasonal demand swings made budget pacing particularly challenging.
Our strategy
We implemented a margin-aware bidding strategy that automatically adjusts aggression based on seasonal demand curves. During peak periods we push for rank; during off-peak we optimize purely for profitability.
The results
- Maintained consistent profitability despite tight product margins
- Seasonal strategy prevented budget waste during off-peak periods
- Continuous testing drove incremental CVR improvements
- Long-term partnership with ongoing strategic collaboration
“
Vadim treats me with the utmost care and consistently contributes ideas — despite us being a small seller.
